Fresh Property is searching for Team Leader / Property Manager to run the whole business end to end. You will have the support of a Virtual Assistant and Property Manager's to handle routines, exit and entry reports, and opens.

The Role

This position will incorporate all aspects of Property Management. We are seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years of industry experience to manage the team's workload and oversee end-to-end operations.

What we need:

  • Take over everyday tasks from the Director, who is currently hands-on.
  • Willing to learn new processes and embrace change
  • Skilled at delegating and organising the team's work while managing the whole portfolio
  • Willing to learn to manage rooming houses
  • Exceptional property management skills
  • Can do attitude

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the company portfolio end-to-end for rooms and houses.
  • Provide support and training to other team members
  • Rent reviews and renewals
  • Overseeing the repairs and maintenance of the properties
  • Rental Providers/Renters liaison
  • Routine/final inspections
  • Leasing properties and opens
  • VCAT – Preparation and attendance
  • Banking
Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the industry
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great work ethic
  • Proactive, self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Must hold a valid Agents Representative Certificate at the time of application
