We're knowledgeable, driven , and passionate about all things fishing and we're looking for an experienced Sales Assistant who fits these values of our team in this rare and exciting opportunity at Isofishinglifestyle.

You'll be helping customers find the perfect gear and advice for their next adventure while working in an environment where energy, knowledge, and teamwork drive everything we do.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Extensive fishing knowledge – this is a must.
  • Previous retail experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A client-first mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail in store presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
