About the role
Join the Student Recruitment team in one of two permanent roles available. The Student Sales Advisor focuses on guiding prospective students into the right courses at the right time by providing accurate advice and support across multiple communication channels. This contributes to increased conversion, enrolment, and completion rates.
We are also looking to build a talent pool for temporary and ongoing opportunities in multiple locations. This talent pool will be valid for 18 months.
About You
You bring proven experience in fast-paced contact centre environments, handling diverse customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with students, educators, and a range of high-level internal stakeholders. You work well across multiple channels, use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and data, and consistently deliver accurate, customer-focused support.
