About Us

Childcare Marketing by Wave Digital is a boutique marketing agency created by childcare centre owners, for childcare centre owners.

We help centres across Australia and the US grow their enrolments through strategic website design, Google Ads, and Facebook and Instagram marketing.

We've seen firsthand the life-changing impact a full childcare centre can make — and now we're looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to help more centre owners achieve that success.

The Role

We're seeking a high-performing salesperson with a proven track record in consultative or service-based sales.

In this role, you'll connect with childcare centre owners, understand their challenges, and present tailored marketing solutions to help them thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up inbound leads and conduct discovery calls with childcare centre owners
  • Present marketing solutions with confidence and clarity (no hard selling)
  • Manage your sales pipeline and close deals with professionalism and integrity
  • Collaborate with our founder and marketing manager to refine and improve the sales process

What We Offer

About You

  • Proven experience in sales — ideally in marketing, childcare, or small-business services
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Tech-savvy (comfortable with CRMs, Zoom, email, and other online tools)
  • Understands the value of marketing and can speak the language of business owners
