About the role

As a Data and Reporting Analyst at Transact1, you'll play a key role in supporting our cash investment platform by turning data into actionable insights. This position combines data analysis, reporting, and client support to help deliver efficient financial technology services.

You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and technology partners to ensure accurate reporting, maintain platform functionality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

This is
a part-time role
offering flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, collaborative FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Operate and maintain the cash investment platform, including data mining and

analysis.


• Support platform updates and ensure smooth functionality.


• Prepare and distribute weekly client investment and market updates.


• Gather, transform, and analyse data for daily and weekly bank feedback.


• Assist with monthly client and management reporting by integrating data from

multiple sources.


• Create ad-hoc reports to deliver strategic insights on investments and operations.


• Contribute to quarterly and year-end audit reporting.


• Conduct research to enhance platform services and products.


• Develop and maintain accurate documentation and procedures.


• Liaise with investors and banks regarding new and maturing investments.


• Provide trading support on the platform (e.g., updating rates, generating instructions).

Experience & Skills


• Technology-related tertiary qualifications (preferred)


• Background in Business or Finance (preferred)


• Strong proficiency with technology tools, including Microsoft Office


• High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and process completion


• Organised, solution-focused, and able to work independently


• Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service


• Ability to thrive in a small, dynamic team environment focused on continuous

improvement


• Strong ethical standards and alignment with company values


• Understanding of wholesale money market or other investment products (bonus)
