About the role

As an Account Manager NSW at Stabila Australia Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's customer relationships within the New South Wales region. This is a full-time position based in Rockdale, NSW, and will involve developing strategies to deepen existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the NSW territory

  • Proactively identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within your customer base

  • Develop tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of Stabila's products and services

  • Analyse customer data and market trends to inform strategic account planning

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Represent Stabila at industry events and build the company's brand presence

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an account management or business development role, ideally within the sales and/or industrial supplies industry

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities

  • Ambitious, self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets

  • Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis tools

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
