**Bibra Lake Nissan** has an exciting opportunity for a **Workshop Controller/Technician role** to complete the team You will be part of leading the workshop team, creating a positive workplace environment, be a part of coaching and mentoring workshop staff and apprentices as well as performing the occasional vehicle servicing and maintenance as a technician. The role will involve working alongside management to ensure KPI’s and target are met, while ensuring quality control and compliance. This position will involve working in a dual role of a Workshop Controller and Automotive Technician.

**YOU**:

- Strong Organisation Skills
- Disciplined and able to lead a workshop team.
- Good OHS understanding
- Highly Motivated
- Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- A Current WA Drivers Licence (Manual)
- Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
- ** Workshop leadership experience is essential**
