**About the role**:
With a significant pipeline of opportunities identified across the Transport and Technology sectors, UGL are seeking to appoint an experienced Document Controller working in the major projects space based in Melbourne:
Some of the key responsibilities but not limited to:
- Registration, filing, retrieval, disposition, and transmission of engineering documentation
- Ensure that the Document Control procedure requirements are complied with.
- Maintain facilities and databases to ensure efficient operation of the document control function.
- Acquisition, recording, filing and distribution of relevant Australian and International Standards and Procedures
- Recording, retrieving, and filing of supplier literature
- Registration, filing and distribution of technical manuals and documentation.
- Archiving of company records
- Printing and copying of engineering documentation.
- Undertake adhoc tasks as instructed by the QA Completions Manager
**About You**
- Previous experience in document control in an engineering design office or related field
- Any relevant tertiary qualification in related industry discipline preferred
- Experience working in a similar role preferably large Rail, Civil or Infrastructure projects
- Organisational skills and the ability to work within challenging timeframes
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Desirable - Anconex experience
