As Marketing Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for the University postgraduate programs in your portfolio and shape student journeys from first awareness to enrolment, and right through to graduation.

Job Description
Are you a creative-problem solver and hands-on marketer? Do you have a proven track record of driving results? Do you want to make a positive impact with a much-loved University brand known for its prestige and innovation? Then, this is the job for you.
You'll work in a supportive, fast-paced, Agile environment, collaborating cross-functionally with media, content, admissions, and student success teams, as well as external agencies. You'll ensure every activity is aligned to the strategy, target student-led, high quality and built to deliver outcomes.
Whether it's a standout campaign, an admissions advisor script, an engaging lead gen or conversion event, or a video of an alumni story that sparks ambition—your work connects future students to opportunity.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary degree
Experience
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including post-campaign reporting
- Experience working in lead generation, content marketing or direct marketing
- Proven track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies with SMART objectives
- Experience in delivering webinars and content production to drive tangible results (desired)
- Experience in Agile marketing principles (desired)
- Strong account service/stakeholder management skills
- Horizontal team leadership and mentoring skills (desired)
Technical/Further Skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using data for reporting, budgeting, forecasting and delivering insights to drive improvement and innovation
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Strong project management skills (Agile marketing principles, predominately kanban and scrum) (desired)
Special requirements
- Interstate travel may be required
- Please note this position is being offered on a 12 month Fixed Term contract
