Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full management of the kitchen and kitchen team.

  • Execute menus and food preparation to superior standards.

  • Estimate food and labour costs, managing stock and ordering raw materials.

  • Ensure health and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

  • Maintain a visible presence in the front of house to interact with customers and staff.

  • Model high standards of performance and behaviour.

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff while organizing duty rosters.

  • Adhere to food safety procedures and standards.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent qualification.

  • At least 2-3 year' experience in a similar role.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and modern food presentation.

  • Passion for delivering high-quality food and customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers, clients, team members, and senior management.
