Join a Growing, Innovative Sales TeamAussie Pharma Direct is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a minimum of 5 years' proven sales experience to promote our extensive range of medical supplies, PPE, and other high-quality products.

While experience in the medical supplies or PPE sector is highly desirable, we welcome applicants from other industries who can demonstrate strong relationship management skills, a track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to adapt quickly to a new market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Leverage proven sales strategies, tools, and platforms to generate leads through both telemarketing and face-to-face client visits.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and government updates to optimise sales strategies and promotions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow client accounts, providing timely offers and conducting regular visits to maintain engagement.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activity to ensure Aussie Pharma Direct remains an industry leader.
  • Customer Support: Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Sales Planning: Analyse existing and potential product opportunities within key accounts to focus efforts effectively.
  • Reporting: Deliver accurate weekly sales reports, market insights, and lead updates, ensuring CRM records (HubSpot) are always up to date.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product ranges, features, and pricing to deliver informed client recommendations.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets.
  • Account Growth: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand within existing accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to drive overall business success.
  • Industry Sales Conferences: Source and manage key industry conferences to drive new leads and deepen existing client relationships generate new leads, and strengthen relationships with existing clients

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' sales experience, ideally in a comparable role.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused.
  • Industry experience in medical or health supplies is an advantage but not essential.
