The recently refurbished Ms Collins has elevated the Melbourne night scene to new heights.

The venue fuses beverage and music, bringing an international quality to Melbourne's nightclub scene.

Ms Collins was brought to life by passionate hospitality professionals who have a vision to create unique hospitality offerings that push the boundaries beyond local expectations. Now we're looking for our next team member to join the fun dynamic environment.

Tasks & responsibilities:

As our Admin & Events Coordinator, you will make sure the magic happens and keeps turning on a day to day basis, these include (but are not limited to):

  • Be the first point of contact for all Ms Collins enquiries

  • Manage all incoming emails and phone calls

  • Day to day office/night club admin

  • Coordination of marketing projects

  • Manage event logistics for all venue events

  • Chair event meetings with venue departments

  • Provide administrative support to management

Qualifications & experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Autonomous worker with ability to work within a team environment

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Honest & trustworthy

  • Vibrant & positive personality
