G & M Poly Irrigation is located in Cohuna, Victoria.  We are manufacturers and installers of high-quality poly pipe irrigation systems.

We are a locally owned company with more than 15 years' experience in the industry and provide irrigation solutions Australia Wide.

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales/Project Manager to join our team with the ability to drive growth within the agriculture industry.

We are looking for a results-driven individual who can actively seek out and engage in expanding opportunities for new customer relationships and current clients. You will provide complete and appropriate irrigation solutions for customers and manage projects from start to finish in consultation with the Production Manager and team.

All candidates must be willing to travel to site to engage stakeholders as required and influence their decision making.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Maintaining and strengthening current relationships with our key customers
  • Proven track record in developing and growing long-term relationships
  • Ability to work closely with production team to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and to specifications
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales growth
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer's needs
  • Strong ability to manage the delivery of results on time and to quality with little supervision
  • A degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering with relevant experience is strongly desirable
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • A strong work ethic with an honest and reliable attitude
  • Must have Australia Work Rights and valid Driver's Licence

The role is full-time, permanent, and based in Cohuna; however, candidates must be willing to travel at times.

The position comes with a competitive base salary, motor vehicle and phone.
