Our building is currently seeking a part time caretaker/concierge who is experienced in providing excellent customer service. Do you enjoy working around people, love problem-solving and negotiating in difficult situation? Our prestige apartment located in East Melbourne offers you a good opportunity to join us.

About you:

- Positive and welcoming personality with high standard of personal presentation,
- Patient and good communicator,
- Hours from 5-9pm on Saturday or 5-8 on Sunday with some flexibility to work on the weekdays,
- Good eye for details,
- Strong time management skills,
- General cleaning and one year hospitality related experience.

Position Objectives:

- Provide a 5 stars efficient service to our residents in the building,
- Helping trades and visitors to sign-in and out of the building,
- Finding and solving various building related issues,
- Keeping the highest security standard.
