Senior Software Engineer

What role will you play?
Working closely with the Engineering Manager and Lead Engineer, you will contribute to the technical direction and architecture, ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing new features and enhancements, ensuring the scalability and performance of services, conducting thorough testing and validation of components, documenting technical specifications and system designs, monitoring and maintaining the health and security of the systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

What You Offer

• Proven experience as a Spring Boot Developer.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Strong experience in cloud-based technologies.
• Experience of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team with success delivering complex engineering initiatives.
• Technical background in software development, with experience in software design, and operating mission-critical, micro-services and platforms
• Ability to communicate clearly with both product and technology stakeholders across the organisation.
• Familiarity with identity services and protocols (e.g.,O Auth2.0, OIDC, SAML) would be advantageous
