Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer located in Sydney, NSW. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for assisting our CTO with advanced implementations and code reviews. You will be developing, and maintaining software applications. Daily tasks include back-end web development, programming, and implementing object-oriented programming principles. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software solutions and participating in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Computer Science principles and Back-End Web Development
  • Highly skilled with our Stack: Postgres/Supabase, Firebase/GCP, , React, Tailwind, etc.
  • Extensive experience in Software Development and Programming (at least 10 years)
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Engineering)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Experience with Payroll system is a plus
  • Experience with MCPs and LLMs APIs is required
