Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the National Key Account Manager in all aspects of account management, including logistics, forecasting, order management, meeting preparation, and contract reviews.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with the sales team to ensure customer orders are met from quotations to delivery.
  • Analyse data and communicate stock requirements, sales trends, and market information to drive business growth.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations for meetings with key accounts.
  • Responsible for internal data management of existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing and communicating with B2B accounts
  • Strong communication & presentation skills and a passion for sales
  • Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Fluent in oral and written English
