Early Childhood Educator – Diploma

Explore & Develop North Richmond is seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality education and care to our community.

You will work with a team of dedicated educators to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Essential attributes of this role:

  • Be well-informed on current research and literature on early childhood education
  • Enthusiasm, caring manner and sensitivity to others' needs
  • Practice is based on the Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Children's Services or working towards.
  • Current APPROVED Working With Children Check
  • Current Child Protection training
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
