Description

We are seeking a Diploma qualified educator to work in one of our 4yo kindergarten groups . The kinder group has 29 children with an experienced ECT and fellow co-educator. Monday 8:00am-5:00pm (session 8:30-4:00 with planning during session time) Wednesday 8:00am-4:30pm (session 8:30-4:00 with planning during session time) This is a permanent, ongoing contract. The hours for 2026 will be Monday and Wednesday with the possibility of picking up a Friday.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Early Childhood
  • A Working With Children Check
  • A creative and cooperative team player
  • Value making fulfilling connections with children
  • Have an interest in natural play spaces and nurturing children's care and respect for the outdoors including being at Bush Kinder in 'all weather'.
  • Experience in play-based and emergent curriculum
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to excellence in Early Childhood Education
