Casual | Part-Time | Full-Time Opportunities

Freccia Azzurra Club in Braeside is under new management, and we're building a strong, passionate team to help bring our vision to life. This is a fresh start – and we're looking for people who are ready to be part of it from the ground up.

We're opening a new bar/lounge area with rustic Italian charm, while continuing to host functions and events in our established space. We're seeking individuals who love what they do, who care deeply about hospitality, and who want to help shape a workplace that feels good for both staff and patrons.

Positions Available

Chef

We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in Italian cuisine and rustic, heartfelt food. This is an opportunity to help develop and prepare a menu for our soon-to-open bar/lounge area. You'll need to be organised, creative, and capable of working independently as we grow our kitchen offering.

Shift Supervisors

Ideal for those with natural leadership and strong attention to detail. You'll be responsible for guiding the team during shifts and events, ensuring instructions are followed, service flows smoothly, and our standards are consistently met. This is a key role in maintaining the quality and professionalism we're aiming for.

Bartenders & Wait Staff

We're after energetic, reliable and enthusiastic people who thrive in a busy service environment. Whether it's serving a busy event, or bringing life to our new bar area, you'll be the face of what we do – making people feel welcome, seen, and well looked after. Experience is great, but the right attitude matters more.
