Looking for an opportunity to work with experienced lawyers? We are seeking a legal assistant to work with our busy Corporate Commercial team.

About you

You will have at least three years' experience in a legal environment with a genuine interest in all aspects of corporate commercial law, supporting numerous practitioners.

Your experience will allow you to understand the importance of:

  1. Great interpersonal skills
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Time management
  4. Taking ownership of your tasks and working autonomously

The Role

As a Legal Assistant in our busy team, you will be working on a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to commercial advice and corporate structures, shareholder and director advice and intellectual property. You will collaborate with your colleagues providing timely file progression and regular communication.

Appropriate to your experience and skill level, you will be responsible for:

  1. Preparation of correspondence
  2. Drafting documents
  3. Liaising with clients and external parties
  4. Billing
  5. Working on all aspects of a matter with the Corporate and Commercial team
