As one of Australia's leading national RTO providers we are currently seeking an enthusiastic trainer who is passionate about learning, is great with people and who possess a solid industry experience.

About the role

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver the Certificate III in Hospitality in Rockingham, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our students and supporting their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment services for the Certificate III in Hospitality in classroom and/or virtual environments.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students to support their learning journey

  • Provide feedback and support to students on their progress and assessment outcomes

  • Develop and review training and assessment materials to ensure they are current and aligned with industry requirements

  • Participate in professional development activities to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in training and assessment

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)

  • Relevant industry experience in hospitality or a related field

  • Experience delivering training and assessment in a classroom or virtual environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Highly efficient time management and organisational skills

  • Current National Police Clearance
