About the Role

As a Trainer/Assessor, you'll:

Deliver engaging, high-quality training in Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, and/or Appliance Services

Guide apprentices as they build confidence and hands-on skills

Build strong relationships with students and employers to drive learning outcomes

Enjoy autonomy and flexibility to shape your workload and make your mark

What You'll Bring

A trade qualification in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration

Refrigerant Handling License and Restricted Electrical License

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) – or be open to earning it

Up-to-date industry experience

Strong communication, time management, and mentoring skills

A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for helping others succeed
