About the Role

  • Builders Academy Australia is looking for passionate, qualified and experienced Trainers and Assessors with expertise in Plumbing and Services to deliver the CERT III Carpentry (CPC30220) to our students on a contractor basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and Assessment of the CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry
  • Reviewing, Validating, Moderating and Improving of training resources and assessment materials for the course
  • Consulting with key clients on their current and future workforce training needs
  • Grading student materials in a timely and accurate manner

About You

  • 5 or more years experience working in the Carpentry Industry
  • CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualifications
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Australian Business Number (ABN) that is up to date and active
  • Current unrestricted Drivers License
  • Demonstrated ability in high level communication, negotiation and consultation skills
  • Experience in providing high level advice/guidance on a range of complex matters
  • Strong relationship building and collaborative skills
