Exciting opportunities are available within our team driving the delivery of Referee Development activity in each region of Tasmania. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders to deliver courses and training opportunities and promote and support referee development in the region.
We seek an energetic team player, with high level attention to detail and the ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
Deliver Referee courses and training opportunities in the region in collaboration with CAMs and Schools
Engage with and support CAMs and Affiliates on recruitment initiatives
Deliver Referee training sessions and meetings
Observe, support, mentor, and coach referees on game days
Develop the referee community, collaboration, and support networks.
Work closely with the Basketball Operations Manager and Referee Administration Coordinator to develop plans and monitor and report on progress.
Provide recommendations for referee progression across all levels
Remuneration and conditions will be negotiated with the successful applicants.
