Claims Support Consultant

Brief Description
The Claims Support Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring that claims administrative support activities are undertaken in a timely, efficient and accurate manner to ensure that claims processing can occur efficiently. Ensuring all necessary information and documentation is readily available when needed will support smooth communication and efficient decision making.
Requirements
- Various administration tasks such as processing payments, updating claims information, processing inbound emails, calls and documents
- Support with outsourcing to service providers such as Assessors, Mercantile Agents, Legal panel etc.
- Requesting F&R (fair and reasonable) assessments and undertaking follow up action
- Review of 180 day no contact claims to ensure operational rhythms are maintained
- Working with internal stakeholders to assist the department in managing administrative work associated with claims to achieve best cost and service outcomes
