Civil Construction Supervisor – Subdivisions

Toowoomba Region

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team, overseeing the delivery of subdivision projects across the Toowoomba region.

This role will see you coordinating site activities, managing crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving projects to completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

·
• Supervise day-to-day operations across subdivision projects

·
• Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

·
• Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental requirements

·
• Monitor quality and productivity to meet project specifications

·
• Assist in scheduling, planning, and reporting on project progress

·
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

About You:

·
• Previous experience supervising civil construction works, preferably subdivisions

·
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage, and services installation

·
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

·
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency

·
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans

·
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

·
• Current driver's licence (and White Card)
