
Patient Revenue Officer

Epworth HealthCare's Finance & Business Services division is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Patient Revenue Officer (Support Services).
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scanning of documents and data entry
- Actioning departmental emails
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing ongoing support to Credit, Billing & Accounts Receivable as required
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Strong computer skills
- A sound knowledge of iPM (desirable)
- Previous customer service, switchboard, or administrative experience in the health sector
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
This position would suit applicants who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and can work independently.
This is a full time position working 38 hours per week, located within the Epworth Corporate building in Richmond. Starting time is variable between 8 or 9am. Working from home will also be available once fully trained.
