As our Senior Case Worker with Waminda's Mudgingaal Balaang
team (Women's Refuge), you'll deliver culturally safe, trauma-informed support
to women and children escaping domestic and family violence. You'll champion
safety, dignity and empowerment—providing holistic case management, driving
interagency collaboration, and mentoring your team to achieve best-practice
outcomes. This is your opportunity to stand alongside Aboriginal women and
their families, fostering healing, self-determination, and long-term recovery.
