What your day will look like….

You'll respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain systems that frontline teams rely on. Whether you're refining folder structures, managing data security, or helping a colleague navigate a software update, your work will be practical, people-focused and varied. You'll contribute to local ICT projects, assist with policy implementation, and help shape tools that improve service delivery.
