OOSH Nominated Supervisor (Floating Role) - Newcastle Region.

We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced leader to join our
St Nicholas OOSH team
as a
Floating Nominated Supervisor.

This part-time role offers a combination of block and split shifts to support work-life balance or study commitments. You will work across
multiple OOSH services
in the
Newcastle Region
as required.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, mentoring a team of educators, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, engaging program for children aged 5–12 years. You will lead with confidence, support compliance, and champion our commitment to care, inclusion and excellence in OOSH.

EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA

  • Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully support the My Time Our Place Framework for School Aged Children with the centre curriculum

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Children's Services
    or
    Certificate III in Children's Services (minimum of 3 years' experience) as identified by Australian Children's Education and care Authority
  • Working with Children Check verification number
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
  • Child protection qualification
