Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer who brings both deep technical expertise and a can-do attitude. In this role, you'll design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions that connect Power Platform and D365 applications — helping our teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values initiative, creativity, and continuous improvement. If you enjoy solving complex business challenges with smart, scalable technology, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, or other modules).
  • Develop and extend Model-Driven Apps, custom plugins, and Power Automate workflows that enhance D365 functionality.
  • Integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and other enterprise applications.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions — from concept to delivery — using best practices in architecture, governance, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline business processes through digital automation.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to platform standards and development frameworks.
  • Stay current with Power Platform and D365 updates, identifying new opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years hands-on experience delivering solutions across the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Proficient with Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, REST APIs, and Azure Functions for customization and integration.
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse, data modelling, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
  • Experienced in D365 configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience and maintainability.
  • Confident communicator who works well across business and technical teams.
  • Curious, proactive, and driven to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
Benefits
  • Work on impactful, high-visibility projects that shape how the business operates.
  • Be part of a supportive and innovative team that values autonomy and collaboration.
  • Enjoy flexible work arrangements, competitive compensation, and professional development opportunities.
