Your Role

As estara's Behaviour Support Consultant, you will be our expert in behaviour support implementation and application, educating both frontline and leadership on best practice approach. This role is ideal for someone who is:

  • An Allied Health Professional, Developmental Educator, or Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (PBSP) seeking to transition from primarily writing behaviour support plans to actively supporting staff in their implementation and driving the reduction of restrictive practices through a whole-of-service approach
  • Proactive, resilient and collaborative
  • Restrictive practice subject matter expert
  • Invested in leading policy and best practice
  • Keen on working in a non-billing role
