About the opportunity

As Program Director, Property, you'll lead Health Infrastructure's property activities and strategy for major capital works. You will manage a team of property specialists and work closely with capital project teams and partners to acquire land, secure site access, and establish third-party agreements for all projects delivered through Health Infrastructure's capital works program. This role also provides strategic and operational property advice, and reports on property risks, opportunities, and activities across NSW.

If you're a property expert with strong leadership experience and a passion for creating lasting impact, this is your opportunity to make a difference on a state-wide scale. Apply now and help build the future of health in NSW.

This is a full-time ongoing position. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed. This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.

A confident leader, you know how to manage and motivate teams of up to 10 people to deliver outstanding results. You are highly capable of forming strategic relationships with senior executive, government stakeholders, and industry networks. Your strengths include exceptional or advanced communication, strong negotiation skills, and you are self-aware, and solutions focused. We are looking for a highly effective team leader and project manager.
