Role Description

This is a part-time role for Disability Support Workers and Cleaners. The position is based in the Eastern suburbs in VIC. The role includes providing personal care and support to clients, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and contributing to their overall well-being. Day-to-day tasks involve assisting with daily activities, maintaining cleanliness, providing emotional support, and implementing individualised care plans to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Support Worker and proficiency in Technical Support
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and safety practices
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment
  • Empathy, patience, and a strong desire to help improve clients' quality of life
  • Relevant certifications in support work or care giving are beneficial
  • Experience in disability support or a similar role is a plus
