Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to join our team and support a growing portfolio of work.

  • Manage and control the Contract Master Schedule, including the Work Breakdown Structure, and monitor variances against the approved project baseline.
  • Gather inputs from product leads and technical teams to capture and analyze inter-dependencies, scope, risks, constraints, and milestones in relation to the CMS.
  • Proactively identify scheduling issues and implement mitigation strategies to support project objectives.
  • Analyze project status data to support management meetings and contribute to monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.
  • Generate and assess schedule performance metrics, variance reports, and status updates; assist with program resource planning and forecasting in collaboration with Program Management and team leads.

As a successful candidate, you'll have:

  • A strong ability to engage and collaborate across complex stakeholder environments.
  • A desirable background in large, complex, defense-related projects.
  • Proficiency in using MS Project for schedule development and management.
  • Skill in creating schedules, setting and tracking baselines, and conducting updates and replanning activities.
  • Solid technical expertise to support project delivery in complex environments.
