Lifeline WA is the state's leading provider of crisis support and suicide prevention services. Over the past year, we have supported over people with the provision of counselling, specialist support groups, and training programs. As a NFP, Lifeline WA's purpose is to prevent suicide, support people in crisis, and reduce the stigma that can be a barrier to seeking help. Our vision is a community free of suicide.
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Training Coordinator to join our Workplace Training team on a part-time (25 hours per week, Monday to Friday) basis.
Reporting to our Commercial Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the DV-alert training program is delivered in accordance with the Service Agreement and all Key Performance Indicators are met.

About You
You will have:
- Qualifications in administration (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating the delivery of training programs, ideally in an RTO or community services environment
- Well-developed organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise workload to meet concurrent deadlines
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively promote Lifeline WA training programs and services
