Job Title: Training Administrator
">We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Training Coordinator to join our organization.
">About the Role
">The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Scheduling and coordinating training sessions on-site and off-site;">
- Communicating with trainers and participants to ensure smooth delivery of services;">
- Preparing training materials, resources, including presentations, handouts, and online content;">
- Maintaining accurate records of employee training progress;">
- Updating and managing our INX InTuition system to track employee training compliance;">
- Generating reports on training participation and completion rates;">
- Facilitating trainers' workloads by allocating tasks as required for completing training programs;">
- Managing logistics for training events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup;">
- Providing administrative support to trainers and the leadership team;">
- Ensuring all training materials and resources are up-to-date and accessible;">
- Serving as the primary point of contact for training inquiries from employees and management;">
- Promoting training programs and encouraging employee participation through effective communication strategies.">
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in training coordination and administration.
