About the role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Forklift Operator for ongoing work with an immediate start at our distribution centre in Campbellfield, VIC. As our Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:


• Operating forklift


• Moving pallets of dry goods/egg cartons and pick/pack orders.


• Loading and offloading of refrigerated vehicles, ensuring stock rotation by Best Before Dates.


• Adhere to the Transport Schedule and promptly report any variances.


• Ensure correct loading of outgoing Linehaul trucks to prevent damages.


• Monitor and maintain the functionality of refrigerated storage areas.


• Assist with compliance of load plans and transport schedules.


• Help maintain cleanliness and security in the warehouse.


• Adhere to OH&S policies and company procedures.

Role Details

  • 3-4 days a week. This is likely to be at least Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. No weekends. There may be flexibility on days worked.
  • 7am - 3pm.

Location: Campbellfield, VIC

Salary: $33.38 per hour.

Requirements


• Proven experience in warehousing


• Valid forklift licence and hands on experience operating forklifts


• Clear communication skills, both when working independently and interacting as part of a team.


• A pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening is required


• A current Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
