Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project delivery from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating resources across multiple departments, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can adapt to changing priorities, and excels at problem-solving under pressure. The successful candidate will have experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, proficiency in project management software tools, and strong analytical skills to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities
- coordinate with internal technical team members and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Manage resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- manage and adjust change request documentation if necessary
Requirements
- Sound educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- 2-3 years working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Prince 2 or PMP or Scrum Master Certification is a plus
Skills/capabilities:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Intermediate to advanced Hubspot, Wrike, Trello, Miro, and google workspace skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Facilitate meetings and workshops
