Join Our Team – NDIS Disability Support Worker (In-Home Care)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives?

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide quality in-home care and community support to NDIS participants.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will assist participants to live independently, achieve their personal goals, and engage in their community.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
  • Domestic assistance (cleaning, cooking, laundry)
  • Transport and community access
  • Companionship and social support
  • Medication prompting and documentation

Requirements:
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle (preferred)
  • COVID-19 Vaccination (as per current guidelines)
  • Experience in disability or aged care (preferred but not essential)
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient personality
  • Applicants must have valid Australian work rights
