You’ll rotate across day, afternoon, and night shifts, ensuring fairness for crews and consistent leadership across all operations.If you’re ready to lead from the front, protect people, and deliver operational excellence, this is your chance to step up.Key Responsibilities:Operational Oversight: Manage traffic operations across multiple sites, ensuring timelines, safety, and compliance.Shift Leadership: Supervise rotating rosters and maintain continuity across day, afternoon, and night operations.Team Development: Mentor and guide field crews to perform with professionalism and safety-first focus.Client Engagement: Act as the key contact for clients, building relationships and resolving issues quickly.Safety & Compliance: Conduct audits, lead incident reporting, and uphold WorkSafe and Austroads standards.Fleet Management: Support the coordination and compliance of our modern traffic fleet.Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter ways of working.Innovation: Drive adoption of new technologies, including automated cone trucks and advanced systems.About YouYou’re a proven leader with a minimum 3 years’ experience in traffic management or related operations.
