**Job Description**:

As the Operations Supervisor, your role will be at the heart of our operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our bulk gases distribution network, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your key responsibilities include:

- Leading a dedicated team of operations professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation.
- Planning and coordinating the scheduling of bulk gases deliveries and pickups to meet customer demands.
- Collaborating closely with various teams to optimize operational workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
- Monitoring and maintaining adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Analyzing operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving measures.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and address concerns.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the logistics, transportation, or industrial sector.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- An understanding of bulk gases operations and relevant safety regulations (preferred but not essential).
- A proactive mindset for driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
