ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative leader and strategic problem solver to join our Cotton On Body team as a Store Experience Manager. By leading your team to deliver clear and innovative global store campaigns, you will enable the retail and VM teams to deliver a cohesive brand vision and elevate stores.
Working closely with the Creative, Marketing, and VM teams, you will bring the ideas to life with 3D and experiential ideas that support and elevate our product range each month – taking our stores and customer experience to the next level. You will continuously review store operations/processes and seek feedback from retail teams to ensure they are equipped with the resources they need to trade and create the best customer experience. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Relevant degree/qualification or experience in a relevant field i.e. VM, Creative/Design, spatial or retail design etc.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and present to leadership teams using Adobe Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
Excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills, to ensure project deadlines are met
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a concise and collaborative way
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to foresee opportunities
Leadership mindset and ability to lead a team
