About the Role

We are seeking a senior executive leader to oversee key performance metrics and risk management for our organization. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and strategic decision-making.

The Executive General Manager will lead a division overseeing Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, Strategic Value Realisation, Strategy, and Research. As Chief Risk Officer, they will ensure robust enterprise risk management practices are in place.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a division that oversees Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, Strategic Value Realisation, Strategy, and Research.
  • Exercise formal accountability to the Board's Risk Committee as Chief Risk Officer, ensuring effective risk management.
  • Drive business growth, enable strategic decision-making, and support achievement of organizational goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in business performance, strategy, and risk management.
  • Deep expertise in data science or related disciplines, ideally within a complex and regulated environment.
  • A strong understanding of the public sector context and ability to generate strategic insights from complex data.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and delivering measurable value.
