Your role at a glance:
Design elegant, aspirational and considered solutions, artefacts and systems.
Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to deliver world-class products and services.
Stay curious and up to date on new tools, techniques and trends.
You will need:
Strong experience in UI design and deep understanding of design systems; you've been doing this for several years and you really understand your craft.
A willingness to own the design process, but not hold the idea or concept too tightly.
You see collaboration as a superpower, you're comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and turning conversations into strong, people-centered design outcomes; all our work is through a multidisciplinary environment.
Because you're experienced, you know how to manage yourself, your reliability, and competing priorities. That said, you understand the balance between a flexible collaborative mindset and self-directed work.
You're excited by emerging tech and design practices.
Familiar with WCAG and committed to accessibility.
Able to work onsite in our Richmond studio.
Public speaking experience (or willingness to give it a go).
