Job Opportunity: Care Worker

Seeking a compassionate individual to provide home care services in the Bacchus Marsh area. As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our aged care clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general housekeeping, cleaning, meal preparation, and social support to our aged care clients.
  • Work independently to find solutions to everyday problems and provide transport to lifestyle activities.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families to ensure high-quality care and support.

Requirements

  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
  • An interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential).

  • Award rate $30.85 per hour + Super + paid KM's.
