About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Finance Business Partner, this role is all about helping drive the financial and strategic success of our Retail business. You'll be the go-to person for financial insights, reporting, forecasting, and business partnering—working closely with teams across the business to support smarter, faster decision-making.

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Finance Business Partner, this role is all about helping drive the financial and strategic success of our Retail business. You'll be the go-to person for financial insights, reporting, forecasting, and business partnering—working closely with teams across the business to support smarter, faster decision-making.
You'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely management reporting, building budgets and forecasts, and preparing financial profiles for business cases. You'll also help track benefit realisation and support both internal and external reporting requirements.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys digging into the numbers, spotting trends, and turning data into stories that influence outcomes. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and bring a commercial lens to everything you do.
This role is a 12 month max term contract.
About You
You're a commercially minded finance professional with a passion for partnering closely with the business to drive performance and deliver meaningful insights. With a strong foundation in accounting (CA/CPA qualified), you bring deep experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis—particularly within a retail or customer-focused environment.
You thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders allows you to influence decisions and contribute to business success. You're confident preparing business cases, leading benefit realisation reviews, and presenting complex financial information in a clear, compelling way.
