How You\'ll Make An Impact Gallagher Bassett is Australia\'s largest Third Party Administrator (TPA). Our focus is refreshingly simple: we manage insurance claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies and self-insured corporations. Gallagher Bassett (GB) has five offices in Australia located in Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, and employing over 800 staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

About You Required: Minimum 6 months industry experience. Strong technical/PC skills, customer service focus/communication. Claims Management experience.
Preferred: Prefer workers compensation claim handling experience including investigation skills, resolution skills, evaluation, negotiation and reserving skills.
