
Senior Project Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the delivery of high-impact projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, within scope and quality standards.
In this role, you will manage complex projects from initiation through to closure, coordinating multiple stakeholders and vendors while aligning deliverables with organisational objectives. This includes developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and align outcomes with organisational priorities. Additionally, you will engage and manage third-party vendors to deliver contracted outcomes on time and to required quality standards.
A critical aspect of this role involves identifying, monitoring, and mitigating project risks, and escalating issues where necessary to keep leadership informed.
You will provide clear and concise reporting on project status, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders. Furthermore, you will champion best practice in project management, looking for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working to drive better outcomes across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and quality standards.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors; manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Capture requirements from stakeholders and ensure outcomes align with organisational priorities.
- Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks, and issues.
- Champion project management best practices and drive process improvements across the portfolio.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead, ideally with exposure to People & Culture / HR transformation initiatives.
- Previous experience delivering projects in similar case management / WHS platforms highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and holding them accountable for outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working in a complex enterprise environment with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
